4bc16de163 It takes a bunch more squeeze [on the Kawasaki] to get the same stopping results from the front brake, says Tom. In eventually replacing the venerable and huge-selling EX500 in Kawasakis lineup, the Ninja 650 had some big shoes to fill. Mods: /Shogun Sliders/ C. Andy C When I compared the FZ6R to the Ninja I went with the Kawasaki due to price. An identical 160mm Roadsmart graces the Kawasakis rear, too, but we werent quite as enthusiastic about the Ninjas handling.
2014 Honda CBR650F First Ride Review After running all three bikes on the Dynojet dyno at CM Motorsports, the Honda pumped out 76.6 hp at 10,900 rpm and 41.8 lb-ft. talespin is offline Quote Quick Reply post #10 of 71 (permalink) Old 10-18-2014, 10:39 PM talespin Senior Member Join Date: May 2014 Location: Pacific NorthWet, USA Posts: 1,001 I used to ride a Nighthawk 750, and came to appreciate the power and smoothness of the I-4 combined with the ergos of a standard bike. Cycle World got 78HP at the wheel. Its stock suspension likely wasnt as good as these bikes, but if someone really wanted to push a bike hard enough to realize that then they should be looking at a different bike, not an all-arounder. Little has changed with the Yamaha since then, it receiving only Bold New Graphics, while the Kawasaki got a complete facelift, with new frame, bodywork, instruments and suspension changes. I like going fast, myself, but you have to choose your time and place better than THIS idiot. Hondas all-new CBR650F (no, its not a dumbed-down CBR600RR; see the sidebar below) is the strongest in this group, with its four-cylinder engines 77-hp peak towering over the others.
